This Privacy Policy explains how ABHIBYTE SOLUTIONS LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”), the company behind Billacle, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data through this website (billacle.com) and the enquiries you send us, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For the data covered here we act as a Data Fiduciary — we determine the purpose and means of processing.

Personal data handled inside the Billacle application (for example, the invoices and records a customer processes) is governed by the separate agreement between Billacle and that customer, and is not covered by this website policy.
