Features

GST and ITC reconciliation, built into your AP workflow

Match your purchase invoices to GSTR-2A/2B before you file, and track every rupee of input tax credit through its full lifecycle.

GSTR-2A/2B matching

Billacle imports your GSTR-2A/2B portal files and matches them against booked invoices. Each invoice lands in one of four match tiers so discrepancies are caught before you file, not after:

  • Matched
  • Mismatch
  • Probable
  • Missing

ITC lifecycle tracking

Every invoice’s input tax credit is tracked through its full lifecycle: Eligible, Pending, Blocked, Claimed, Reversed. That includes the 180-day reversal alert under GST Rule 37, so eligible credit is never missed and blocked credit is never wrongly claimed.

Vendor tax-ID and GST checks

Vendor tax IDs are validated and GST / ITC reconciled against tax data automatically as part of invoice validation, so errors surface at capture time rather than at filing time.

Part of one workflow

Reconciliation sits in the same platform as invoice capture, 3-way matching, approvals and ERP sync, so the data your GST team reconciles is the same data your AP team approved. For a step-by-step approach, read the GSTR-2B reconciliation playbook.
